  4. 04

Common questions

What to expect around installation day.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the system, where it is going and what plumbing is already in the ground. You get a time estimate with your quote, once we have the property details.

What is included?

A quote separates system supply from standard installation, and calls out any plumbing variation or site work your property needs.

Who completes the plumbing work?

A licence holder for your state. We name them before the booking is confirmed.

How often are filters replaced?

It depends on the cartridge documentation, how much water the household uses and the inlet conditions. There is no universal interval, so the right one for your system is recorded at handover.
